As some of you may have noticed, the online Glogster platform is currently experiencing some temporary issues with attached files. This is due to a general system update in conjunction with the iPad application release and our ongoing mission to give users the most up-to-date and enjoyable Glogster experience possible.
While the end result of this update will be a faster and more stable experience, it does mean that for a short time the function allowing users to attach files to a glog via the paperclip icon on the top right of the canvas will not be available.
The Glogster team is aware of this issue, and is taking it very seriously. We are working to resolve it as a matter of top priority, meaning that the attachment feature will be restored – and your entire Glogster experience improved – within a month. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused, and reassure you that your attached files are still on the system and linked to your glogs, and will be once again accessible as soon as the system issues have been resolved.
